With the rising costs of higher education throughout the country, a full college scholarship can save you tens of thousands of dollars down the road. In Louisiana high performing students have the opportunity to earn free college tuition through the TOPS program. The Taylor Opportunity Program for Students (TOPS) offers state scholarships for Louisiana residents who attend one of the Louisiana Public Colleges and Universities, Louisiana Community and Technical Colleges or institutions that are part of the Louisiana Association of Independent Colleges and Universities. In addition to earning assistance with tuition and fees, exceptional students can also earn a yearly stipend of up to $800.
